Frank's story
30+ years under the hood
Frank has spent more than three decades in the auto and collision repair industry — long enough to have seen every kind of damage, every kind of estimate, and every kind of insurance conversation. He started FCC Collision Center to do collision repair the way it should be done: carefully, honestly, and with the customer's interests in front of everyone else's.
That experience is the whole point. Frank can spot the difference between a panel that can be saved and one that needs to be replaced. He knows which insurance line items get pushed back and which don't. And he knows what a real OEM paint match looks like — because he's been mixing them since before spectrophotometers were standard equipment.
